Sunday Services

English Service

According to the commandments of the Lord (Exodus 20:8; Hebrews 10:25), Covenant keeps the Lord’s Day (Sunday) holy unto Him.

Every Sunday in the morning we have our English service from 10.00 to 12.00. The first half of the service comprised singing psalms and hymns, gospel reflection and repentance prayer, reading God’s Word, offertory, and pastoral prayer. During the first half of the worship service, we also give an opportunity to our children to participate in worship as they come forward and sing, read God’s Word, say the memory verse for the week, etc. Preaching of the Word is the focus of the second half of the service. At Covenant, we normally follow the expository method of preaching systematically from the books of the Bible.

Every first Sunday of the month we have the Holy Communion (Lord’s Table). On this Sunday, we have the fellowship lunch as well, which strengthens the bond of the Body of Christ.
