Ps George Skariah has been serving in Covenant Reformed Church for the past 20 years, from 2005, ever since the beginning, as we established the church.

Ps George Skariah is married to Bessy, and they have two children, Abigail and Nathanael.

Born and brought up by Christian parents in Kerala, India, Ps George received the call to serve the Lord at the age of 17. Having completed secular studies in India, he went to Singapore at the age of 22 to begin his theological education and enrolled at the Far Eastern Bible College (FEBC) in 1990. After six years of training, George graduated with Bachelor of Theology (B Th) and Master of Divinity (M Div) degrees.

In 1996, he enrolled at the Singapore Bible College (SBC) to study Master of Theology (Th M) in the areas of New Testament and Hermeneutics. Upon graduation, he went back to India to serve the Lord as a Lecturer in the New Testament at the Jubilee Memorial Bible College (JMBC), Chennai, in 1998. Having served there for five years, George returned to FEBC in 2002 to do his doctoral studies. In 2005, he completed his Doctor of Theology (ThD); he wrote his doctoral dissertation on the doctrine of the providential preservation of the Bible and came to Bengaluru, having been commissioned as a missionary of Maranatha Bible-Presbyterian Church, to establish Covenant Ministries.
